Breathing
“Ānāpānassati, bhikkhave, bhāvitā …pe…”
“Mendicants, when mindfulness of breathing is developed and cultivated it’s very fruitful and beneficial. …”
Aṭṭhikapuḷavakaṁ vinīlakaṁ,
Vicchiddakaṁ uddhumātena pañcamaṁ;
Mettā karuṇā muditā,
Upekkhā ānāpānena te dasāti.
