Puṇṇamāsattheragāthā  Puṇṇamāsa (2nd)

“Pañca nīvaraṇe hitvā,  I gave up the five hindrances
yogakkhemassa pattiyā;  for the sake of sanctuary from the yoke.
Dhammādāsaṁ gahetvāna,  I took Dhamma as a mirror
ñāṇadassanamattano.  for knowing and seeing myself.

Paccavekkhiṁ imaṁ kāyaṁ,  I examined this body,
sabbaṁ santarabāhiraṁ;  all of it, inside and out.
Ajjhattañca bahiddhā ca,  Internally and externally
tuccho kāyo adissathā”ti.  my body appeared hollow.
