Dutiyabandhanasutta → itthibandhanasuttaṁ (bj)
Catching (2nd)

“Aṭṭhahi, bhikkhave, ākārehi puriso itthiṁ bandhati.  “Mendicants, a man catches a woman using eight features.
Katamehi aṭṭhahi?  What eight?
Ruṇṇena, bhikkhave, puriso itthiṁ bandhati;  With weeping,
hasitena, bhikkhave, puriso itthiṁ bandhati;  laughing,
bhaṇitena, bhikkhave, puriso itthiṁ bandhati;  speaking,
ākappena, bhikkhave, puriso itthiṁ bandhati;  appearance,
vanabhaṅgena, bhikkhave, puriso itthiṁ bandhati;  gifts of wildflowers,
gandhena, bhikkhave, puriso itthiṁ bandhati;  scents,
rasena, bhikkhave, puriso itthiṁ bandhati;  tastes,
phassena, bhikkhave, puriso itthiṁ bandhati.  and touches.
Imehi kho, bhikkhave, aṭṭhahākārehi puriso itthiṁ bandhati.  A man catches a woman using these eight features.
Te, bhikkhave, sattā subaddhā, ye phassena baddhā”ti.  But those beings who are caught by touch are well and truly caught.”
