“Kāḷe vā yadi vā juṇhe, yadā vāyati māluto;Whether the moon is waning or waxing, it is cool when the gale blows. Vātajāni hi sītāni, ubhotthamaparājitā”ti.Since the wind brings the cool, both are undefeated in this instance.
