“Ye vuḍḍhamapacāyanti, narā dhammassa kovidā;
vuḍḍhamapacāyanti → vaddhamapacāyanti (bj)Those people who honor the elder are experts in the teaching; Diṭṭheva dhamme pāsaṁsā, samparāye ca suggatī”ti.
Diṭṭheva dhamme → diṭṭhe dhamme ca (sya1ed, sya2ed)praised in this life, they’re destined for happiness in lives to come.
