Etamatthaṁ bhagavā avoca. Tatthetaṁ iti vuccati:

“Samāhito sampajāno, sato buddhassa sāvako;Centered, alert, mindful, the Awakened One’s disciple Esanā ca pajānāti, esanānañca sambhavaṁ.discerns searches, how searches come into play,

Yattha cetā nirujjhanti, maggañca khayagāminaṁ;where they cease, & the path to their ending. Esanānaṁ khayā bhikkhu, nicchāto parinibbuto”ti.With the ending of searches, a monk free from hunger is totally unbound.
